THE STANDARD CONTRACT

This contract is the most common contract for remodeling and construction projects.  It includes an outline of the work to be preformed, a detailed material list, a detailed scope of work, and a price for the total cost of the project.

TIME AND LABOR CONTRACT

If you select this contract, you pay for all labor and materials according to time sheets and receipts.  You also pay an overall percentage for our project management service.

COST PLUS CONTRACT

If you select this contract, you pay for all labor and materials according to time sheets and receipts.  You also pay an a flat fee for project management.

PAY AS YOU GO CONTRACT

This is similar to our standard contract.  The project is divided in to milestones and draws are paid per milestone.  It gives you the flexibility to only pay for the work currently performed instead of lump sums.  This is ideal for big projects.
