FIRST CONTACT
Our first conversation will allow us to determine your needs so we can assist in guiding you through your initial steps. If you’re in the early stages and have questions about budgeting or project planning, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Our skilled project managers will provide the necessary insights for your unique project.
OUR FIRST MEETING
Our initial visit usually occurs at the project site. We coordinate a time at your convenience. During this meeting we assess the entire project by measuring and inspecting. We also gather all of your ideas and we share our thoughts with you. Our consultation is absolutely free of charge. Additionally, we’re pleased to offer complimentary drawings for kitchens and bathrooms. These drawings will help you see what you are getting and will also help us know the exact order of operations for your project.
THE DRAFTING AND DESIGN STAGE
Archer Pro will first provide you with prices so we can set a budget. We can design something simple for a low price or something very elegant for a higher price. After we know what you want, we will design a layout for your kitchen, bathroom, home addition or any living area free of charge. We also provide free 3d drawings. At this point we give you an idea of the cost of your project. We can add or subtract to the drawing according to your budget and needs. If you plan to build an entire home, we will tell you the cost for the entire project and we will provide professional architectural and engineer drawings along with an interior designer to work directly with you.
OUR SECOND MEETING
As soon as we finish designing your project, we will schedule a second meeting where we present the design and estimate. We prefer to not email designs and budget because it seems very impersonal and we understand that your project is very important to you. Also, during this meeting, we will provide the list of items we will provide and the list of items you will purchase such as appliances, fixtures or furniture.
CONTRACT SIGNING
After we finalize drawings and budget, we will draft a contract that includes a detailed scope of work. It will outline every aspect of the project. We will also build a custom progress report that will show how the project advances and percentage of completion for each milestone.
WORK STARTS
We will set a schedule for a project start date. This gives you time to prepare. Projects start between 2 and 6 weeks after signing, depending on our availability and the type of professionals that will be assigned for the job. Demolition can start immediately. Our electricians, plumbers and carpenters will be scheduled as well. We work on a first come first serve basis.
